Refund policy

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY: 

At By Mái Atelier our goal is to ensure that every abaya you receive reflects the quality and craftsmanship we stand for. For hygiene and safety reasons, we DO NOT offer returns or refunds on abayas unless the item arrives with a manufacturing fault.

Each piece is carefully checked before it leaves our studio to make sure it meets our standards.

EXCHANGES

We are pleased to offer exchanges for alternative sizes depending on availability.

To be eligible:
    •    Items must be returned in original, unworn condition, free from odour, stains, and perfume.
    •    Exchanges are not guaranteed and will only be processed if the requested item is in stock.

FAULTY/ DAMAGED ITEMS: 

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly arrange an exchange, depending on stock availability. In cases where a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued.

To submit a claim:
    •    Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
    •    The item must be unused and in its original condition — no marks, stains, odours, or perfume.
    •    Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer and will not qualify for an exchange.

RETURN SHIPPING: 

All shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using an insured and trackable delivery service, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels that are lost or not delivered.
