Processing Time

Orders within the UK include free shipping. All orders require 3–5 working days for processing before they are shipped out.
This timeframe allows us to carefully prepare and quality-check each item.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping 

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items require additional time for production and delivery to our facility. Please allow 3–4 weeks from the date of your order for your item to be prepared and shipped.

Once your pre-order item arrives and passes our quality checks, it will be dispatched according to our standard shipping policy. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.

Payment

Payment for pre-orders is collected at the time of purchase to secure your item.

While we work closely with our manufacturer, unforeseen delays can occur. We will keep you updated if there are any changes to the expected timeline.
